Being a leader is hard. It was particularly challenging during the global pandemic. All leaders struggled to identify the best path forward as the world dealt with COVID-19. No one anticipated or expected the crisis. Even worse, leaders did not have a historical precedent, or proven playbook for how to respond to the pandemic. We muddled our way through it together. Many leaders learned from that experience and now have to figure out how to become strong leaders in the post-pandemic world.

Are you ready?

Probably not a fair question to ask. My answer is that I certainly hope that I am. Otherwise, the next few years are going to be rough for me as a leader. After all, we are already living in the post-pandemic world. The main point I am trying to drive home with this question is have you thought about any adjustments you need to make in order to be a strong leader in the post-pandemic world?
