Fastinating article. I am a big fan of intermittent fasting. I use it as a way to manage my weight, especially now that I am over 50 years old. I usually only go 16 hours for the reason you site — skipping breakfast is pretty easy (as long as I drink coffee). Will experiment with longer durations to see if it is more effective. Thanks for sharing this information — helpful.
